I Tried the Craziest Street Burgers in Penang, Malaysia!!

Penang is a Malaysian street food paradise, and along with nasi kandar, char koay teow, and roti canai, you have to try the famous Malaysian burger known as a Ramly Burger. There are many places you can try, but one of the legendary burgers in Penang, that’s been open for three generations, is Pos Burger Jelutong. The owner is extremely nice, and you can tell him and his family put their passion into preserving their family burger recipe.

Here’s what I tried:
Burger #1: Beef Burger Special, Price - 6.50 RM ($1.40)
Burger #2: Papa Burger Special: 8 RM ($1.72)
Burger #3: Super Crunchy Chicken Special, Price - 11 RM ($2.36)

You won’t believe the amount of sauces and topping they fit onto every burger, and miraculously, it holds up!

I'm Penangite. I really like this Pos Burger. Hope that it will not flood by tourist.... We will eat by holding the paper wrapper not to mess everywhere. and fyi I prefer these street burger which is more flavorful and bigger portion instead of MCD.

Est. since 1969, he probably saw that three grow right beside his stall over time. that will be such an incredible part of the story too. Those burgers looked so juicy!!
