At 5:09 is beef stew, what we call pörkölt. Not goulash. Goulash is a soup.

You guys made me smile from the first spot to the very last. Always welcome in our little country, and so glad you enjoyed our kitchen. 🥰

Guys, when you travel to Budapest, try not to go to the "tourist eating places", because everything is more expensive there. 1200 HUF for Lángos is a bit expensive, and traditional places are much better.

budapest is my favorite and underrated cities among Prague and Vienna.. its beautiful, not as touristy as other two and the views from Buda side and castle and Fisherman Bastion is amazing... overlooking the river and view of Parliament... best sample of everything in food and gifts, you went to the right spot in
the Central Market.. good food, fresh produce and chance to buy something you may not want... and i found Budapest to be very cheap among the other 2 cities.

I am sorry to tell you guys but you didn’t eat gulash/gulyás, it was pörkölt (stew). 😕 But that’s also very good and traditional. Next time you came back you should try csirkepaprikás and lecsó, these are my favorite Hungarian dishes 😁 (and you should try gulyás as well)
I love your videos, I really enjoyed your video about 20th of August (we don’t really call it St. Stephen’s Day), you summed up very well all the things you can do on that day in Budapest 😃
Love from Hungary ❤️

Why is there the same 3 places in every vlog about Bp? Are you all getting your places to eat from the same sponsored Buzzfeed article?
I don't recommend going to the upstairs eateries in the Market Hall coz it's a tourist catcher: overpriced and frankly not that good either. When it comes to food, stay downstairs, and get your pickles from the underground level.
If you like sausage, butchershops in the city do their own, and fry/grill them up, I used to go to the one at the Buda side of Margaret Bridge, hopefully they are still there, really nice liver sausage, blood sausage and spicy pork sausage there.

You guy's went to the most expensive places for the local cuisine, they charge extra because the tourist flock to those locations, you shouldn't be surprised anyway, first time in Budapest I didn't fare any better.
