Well, this project may have been a mistake... It has certainly taken months to get this far and will take more money and time to complete. I only hope the results will be worth the trouble. I will have more updates to come like trying props that actually fit the shaft and adding more take off weight to simulate a camera. If you have any question, just comment them below and I will do my best to answer them quickly.

Required parts used to convert:
3x rctimer extended arms
18x 100mm 3.5mm bullet extenders to connect esc to motor
Naza software to adjust gains (+ 10-15)

I run a F550 with the F800 arms, H3-3D gimbal and Aeroxcraft landing gear.
I use the E300 setup and I was wondering, what is the best combo for improving flight times as they are kinda dissapointing at this point.

I currently use 6000mAh 4S turnigy's. Should I try to use Zippy 8000 packs or parallel 2 x 6000mAh? Perhaps change to more efficient props?

Hey man, I'm about to start a similar build, except I'm going to us aerialmob's arms for 15 inch props and I'm still look at a few motors ( maybe t-tiger pancake motors ) and escs.

Any tips and issues you had with this build and where are you at so far? Cheers

No offense but super cheap motors, I got the same hex with sunnyskymotors, get a better secure set-up....you won't be use prop adapters that secure onto the can
