preparing for autumn 🍂 (book shopping, cozy cafe, gilmore girls, & making soup)

romney soup:

- 1 tbs butter
- 1/8 cup onion
- 1 tbs flour
satay onions and then add flour to make paste

- add 2 cups chicken broth

- add 1 sweet potato diced
- add 1 cup of broccoli
cook for about 15 minutes until potato is soft

- add 1/2 cup half and half
- add 3/4 cup cottage cheese (could substitute any cheese you like)

enjoy!
