This song was recorded off of Q-105 KXYQ or 105.1 FM, a station in Portland, Oregon in late 1989 or 1990.
A band called Nero's rome was asked if it is theirs, and the singer gave a thumbs-up, however, another band member says it isn't theirs, so this band is ruled out.

If you know anything about who this band is, please let me know.
