I have sleep paralysis and have always struggled with falling asleep because of it. The episodes have gotten worse since I lost my cat Cooper from feline lymphoma at age 10. The grief was so bad I couldn’t bare to sleep. All I could do was cry and worry about what I could’ve done differently to make him live longer. Your channel has been my peace and my sleep.

Dear Stephen, I so enjoyed the sleep story. It reminded me of stories my grandfather and father used to tell about coming to America from Italy and their awe of seeing the Statue of Liberty for the first time
The story was beautifully articulated and a treasure and I look forward to more like these. Do you have any familymembers that came from Ireland to America that would make wonderful story to hear about their journey

I had a Breast biopsy today.They found one med size tumor and four small ones.They are a rare type of cancer so I'm going to have it has to be removed .This is my second time having Breast Cancer.Ioss my left breast, this time it's my right. Hi Stephen. I love every one of your sleep stories. But I must admit, one that really left an impact on me was the rainy drive along the western Irish coast. Your description of the geography, different counties and history of the area generated some really vivid imagery for me. It had a kind of realism to it that I found very soothing. And it really helped me to nod off.

I wonder if you'd consider taking us on another rainy ride, perhaps in Ireland again, or even in the now more familiar territory of where you've come to live.
