I think they didnt make a browser for the switch mainly for Cfw/homebrews to run. Nintendo's browser from old consoles are utilized mainly for running cfw on several consoles like the 3ds, wii, wii u and dsi.

It is a homebrew exploit, because the switch thinks it is loading a wifi log in page, when it is actually loading a website

Do NOT use this.

This allows website vunerabilities to effect your switch significantly easier as its connecting to an unknown connection and does not have the same safety certifications that a regular web browser had- keep in mind, if it was not implemented onto the device, theirs likely a reason for it (you would of thought they would have added it to the switch after adding it to the 3ds, so theirs likely a reason why they chose not to)

To go back online simply just change the dns back to automatic

Doing this is a very bad idea but if you do, once your done just switch the internet setting back to automatic to connect back
