Cleverly, never has a person been so inappropriately named. More ironically his constituency is Braintree. You couldn’t make this up.

Really badly.

One narcissist after another. Cleverly is as arrogant as they come and needs to be removed from parliament ASAP as he is only in politics for himself.

yes, Labour will inherit the problem of the UK's relationship with the EU, but they won't have to pander to the ERG

If the Tories fade into obscurity and are never heard of ever again, that'll still be too soon for me!

If James Cleverly becomes Leader of the Opposition we're in for at least 15 years of Labour power

I hereby throw my wholehearted support behind James Cleverly to become Leader of the Opposition

James Cleverly the ultimate disproof of nominative determinism.

What it means to be British, until recent (forced) revisionism: "Of an ancestry belonging to the English, to the Welsh, to the Scottish, to the Irish, or of a mixing thereof, and of being a recognised subject of the crown of the United Kingdom."

The "Conservative" Party will continue to lose elections until they put a Briton back in charge.

Let’s hope the Conservatives come slightly behind the Monster Raving Loony Party. It’s what they deserve.

Who wants to be a new leader of the opposition in the immediate aftermath of an election defeat?

After watching Rishi Rich’s behaviour with the Australian Prime Minister he has certainly exposed himself as having absolutely no manners or diplomatic skills.

Badenoch for PM. She should already be there, but they ensured that wouldn't happen. All in all, I've had all I can stomach of the "Conservatives". I'll be voting Reform party once the general election arrives.

Cleverly is a third rate person, whereas Hague could have been a great PM, but was thrown the leadership far too soon.

Hilarious prospect, Rolland Rat to be replaced by Fozzie Bear 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Flat face Truss's most coveted thing was to get into Vogue and consistently asked Nicola Sturgeon how she'd gotten into it! Cleverly by name, not by nature. He's thick. We watch from the continent with bated breath for the next comedy episode. 😂🤣😂

Hague was useless and is today. If the Tories are even considering Hague it says a lot about the end of the Tories.
