Rishi Sunak To Step Down As Conservative Party Leader After Election Defeat

Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said on social media that he had “given this job my all” adding that: “This is a difficult day, but I leave this job honoured to have been Prime Minister of the best country in the world.”

He's announced he will step down as Tory leader following the General Election defeat once formal arrangements for a successor have taken place.

Just for example, a country that allowed fat cats running companies like Thames Water making billions for shareholders while cutting corners on services and investment, then when they run out of money, they have the balls to ask the public to fund repairs and infrastructures ? and not a word or any penalties from the government ? It clearly showed how corrupted this country become and how out of touch politicians are, I personally think Rishi Sunak is a decent person, but he is clueless at running a country and even more clueless to reality of how the average people live. The bigger problem we have now is another 5+ years of Labour who are even more clueless, basically, we are screwed as Labour will open up the boarder even more.
