Outgoing UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak addresses his electorate as he retains his seat for Richmond and Northallerton but loses the election.

“The Labour Party has won the general election, and I have called Sir Keir Starmer to congratulate him on his victory,” Mr Sunak said.
