MEGALOPOLIS kinda sucks...

This might be another controversial one, but I promise I still love Coppola.

I'm glad there's a weird, artsy movie with a message that's actually good. It's called The Substance, this one sucks!

Hi Ray, there's something that I don't understand. Francis Ford Coppola has had decades to rally his wealth and entertainment connections to hone and refine his ideas for Megalopolis into a coherent story. Mr. Coppola has access to resources that I can't even imagine, yet no effort was made to "rationalize" all the puzzle pieces into a well-crafted movie. What makes a great movie Great, is a filmmaker who knows what Not to include in the narrative. The excess baggage left on the cutting room floor is the real movie magic. Excellent review, Ray.

just saw it. movie is trash. visual effects do not a movie make. i was not entertained
