Dog owner will not face charges after animals kill mail worker in Interlachen

The former owner of a pack of dogs in Interlachen that killed a 61-year-old postal worker will not face charges.

It’s not Animal Controls fault. The dogs have an owner and he can’t control them. He is responsible and if they were deemed vicious they should have been humanely euthanized by a vet at the owners expense.
