Fixing A Samsung Washer Displaying A UL/UR Error Code!

Fixing a newer style (active waterjet) Samsung washing machine that is showing the UL/UR error code and keeps adding time to the cycle. The washer may also be bouncing around and not complete the spin cycle! Washer in the video is model number WA50R5400AV/US however the video is applicable across a variety of different models.

I just watched your video. I had a repairman replace my rods with new ones, but the machine is still experiencing the same issue in the rinse spin cycle, shaking and displaying the UR code, extending time and refilling with water. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I have the same washer i just change the suspension roads and is not draining or spinning 😢, it only spin the shaker.

Okay you helped me replace the heating element on the dryer, and then we moved on to the UR code now that the dryer is heating correctly. So question, I replaced the rods yesterday no issue heavier loads no issue but this morning, I washed one comforter super light load and sure enough it errored out. What could cause that?
