Hey Dr. Marc, I am a student from commerce background and entering into this nutrition world for the very first time. I have lost 30kgs with proper workout and gym but want to dive deep into this subject to help my social media family in achieving their fitness goals. May I know which of the four courses is best suited for me?

Yes I did. I do my workout at the gym for 2 hours. Since I am a vegetarian, I meet my protein requirements from isolate whey, soy, tofu or milk products available in India like paneer, curd, cheese, etc. I dont believe in keto diets as they are not sustainable in the long run. My Instagram channel is fitness oriented and majority of the questions are regarding weight loss and diet only. This is why I want to have an in depth knowledge about nutrition as a whole subject.
