the book "How to Win Every Argument" by Madsen Pirie is an excellent list of all the fallacies (most of them anyways). But, nowadays people will knowingly use logical fallacies to win debates, especially in public settings. I find knowing all of the logical fallacies (I put most of the big ones in my memory palace) doesn't actually help to win debate that much. For example you can say "Ah, that's ad hominem, a personal attack!" but the other person can ignore you and the 'debate watchers' dont' even know what anad hominem attack is. Winning the debate needs better tools, like set up and destry, steel man, and I think most importantly, skills in comedy.
