1:08 "In American that means they're a bit shorter" I love this man 😄.

So it doesn't have "DRS", but it does have a "drag reduction system"

Unpopular opinion but I think Adrian Newey should go work for FIA engineers and create a better base F1 car for everyone.

"A little bit smaller" won't cut it! F1 needs these cars to be as small as 2000s era!

Fan) "Does it have DRS?"
FIA) "Well yes, but actually no"

For those complaining that these cars are still going to be big and heavy, please recognize that this is a significant step in the right direction, especially considering these cars have gotten bigger and heavier with every new regulation for the last several decades.

"X-Mode is where the car is running in a low drag configuration." So its a system that reduces drag?

a recent survey involving 100.000.000 formula 1 fans, showed that 104% of the respondents wanted nothing more but the cars to sound like they did 20 years ago.

It looks like a hybrid between 2000s cars (especially the Mclaren MP4-20) and current cars lol

Reducing mechanical grip while reducing downforce doesn’t sound like it’ll lead to more overtakes.

I’ve seen multiple comments about how it looks like an f2 car, but honestly, I dig it. I like the design. Kinda reminds me of the f1 cars of the early 2000s, especially with that front wing.

A reduction in downforce for more straightline speed doesnt sound very F1 to me

It takes a huge amount of resources and energy for the teams to manufacture the cars, transport them all over the world and to build and maintain the tracks and infrastructure. But F1 pretends it's sustainable because its cars use some electricity for a couple of hours on a Sunday afternoon. It's empty virtue signalling and it's ruined the excitement of the sport. F1 will never be sustainable.
