I like This take because I see it a lot.
If how smart a person is dictates what position they work than due to conditions a person can't control, they are destined to a life of poverty

we all want to be attractive and healthy as well as smart but it isn't up to us what genes we inherit or what environment we grow up in.
We have no more control on wether or not we have down syndrome or what color skin we have and that becomes how our quality of life is dictated.
