Coby having a Hammer "Pointed" at him instead of a gun, & When Luffy got impaled by Crocodile, 4Kids completely black the screen & only showed their shadows.

David Moo, Sanjis 4Kids VA, even admitted he hated his own voice performance(4Kids wanted Sanji to sound that way). After Dub Piece ended, he went on to become a succesful bartender, so props to him.

Despite all the censorship, I think the ultimately worst thing done was the producer telling voice actor David Moo to apply that horrible Rocky Balboa / Brooklyn voice to the character. Even HE didn't like having to do it, but didn't have any say in the matter.

There was a thing going that every character that lit Sanji's cigarette died. So now everyone who licks Sanji's candy will die?

Hilariously, 4Kids dub of One Piece ended unceremoniously at the start of Skypiea arc where a giant ship fell from the sky and about to crash on the Straw Hats.

We don't talk about 4Kids One Piece. We don't talk about the thing that made people not want to watch One Piece here in the West...
I wonder if Marc Diraison's back hurts from carrying the entire show. One of the only appropriate voice actors there. For every Marc, you get an Usopp who straight up sounds like King Candy and Sanji who sounds like he's always looking for a Claritin.

Some other good ones:
As seen in the video's opening, Laboon was replaced with a glacier of all things.
They entirely skipped the island with the dueling giants. As such, they had to invent a weak alternate reason (the Straw Hats supposedly avoided his blockade at the port) as to why Crocodile turned on Mr. 3.
Miss Christmas wasn't the only renamed Baroque Works agent. Miss Golden Week was renamed Miss April Fool's Day, although that one was more understandable.
The gun references were removed from some of Luffy's attacks: Gum-Gum Pistol became Gum-Gum Blast, Gum-Gum Gatling became Gum-Gum Rapid Fire, and so on.
Smoker was renamed Chaser, and his cigars were removed.
Oh yeah, let's not forget that Devil Fruits were renamed as Cursed Fruits.
