Muse stops working either within a year or just after if it lasts that long. The company refuses to offer replacements or refunds and now you can't even find a real person for assistance. It's a defective device that is crazy expensive. It's a con at this point.

I don’t know by I read the comments (curiosity!!), but man: people just LOVE to be downers! 🤣 I just got to the chapter in Thom Hartmann’s book “ADHD: A Hunter in a Farmer’s World” about EEG Neurofeedback, where he discusses all the research and devices out there that led to the Muse coming into existence, and it’s equivalent efficacy to much more expensive methods for increased concentration and many other benefits that meditation (when practiced regularly and done effectively) can provide. After doing my own research and hearing what you have to say, I’m sold on giving this a shot! Appreciate you!

Have a cell phone? Like being tied to it? Does it ever piss you off? What makes you think that this device will work better than your cell phone? So, you are meditating and you hear birds chirping a sign you are in a calm state. Now they stop. Why? I feel calm. Is it me? The device? Now I can't stop wondering why it stopped, I have to try to make the birds happy again. This is agitating me. I will turn the birds off.
How is tech support? Can you actually talk to a real person or is it done through email. Do I need a login to their website? If so am I encouraged to pay a monthly subscription? Wait a minute, I can meditate for free by sitting and slowing my breath down and watching my breath. I guess that is the best way to go and it costs nothing and there is YouTube videos on how. Damn, why didn't I figure this out before I bought this thing?

If you truly believed in this product, you would have endorsed it without being paid to do so, and as a medical "professional" you would have used data to back up your claims. Instead, all we hear is noise, excuse the pun, not to mention, it makes the product come across as a scam. Conclusion, this review is largely worth nothing. 👎
