GOOD IN ME || Feathertail AU PMV

hello everyone! it has definitely been a while, but i am on a break from school, so i was able to finish this. i have been working on this on and off for like a year and a half, which is pretty obvious, since some scenes are really old and kind of bad-looking.i hope to make another YCH soon so let me know if anyone has any ideas!

anyways, this is an AU, i created a while ago, inspired by a shadow in the riverclan. Feathertail is one of, if not my absolute favorite character, so i am really excited to be using her.  the AU itself isn’t really complicated. it’s just what would happen if feathertail was not able to move past her resentment of leopardstar and was unable to forgive her for what happened to stonefur. i know in canon feathertail has a gentler personality, but i am going off of the manga. 
this is very hollyleaf-esque story, but i can definitely see it applying here. i also think that would draw some interesting parallels if i were to expand on this AU, since feathertail is often watching over crowfeather’s kits. i havent thought that deep into it, but i think this idea is interesting to toy around with.

and before anyone asks—yes, i know leapordstar had multiple lives. just imagine that feathertail tigerstar1-ed her.

also: im not sure what im gonna do about blackstar. i originally was going to have feathertail kill him too but now i feel like thatd be out of character, and that she’d understand that blackstar, a warrior at the time, was just following orders (unlike leapordstar, who had a choice to have her own deputy executed)

ive toyed with the idea of having blackstar and tawnypelt at the lake scene instead of firestar and brambleclaw, and feathertail allows it to play out. but ive decided against that too. i think i might just scrap that part completely and focus on the relationship between feathertail and hollyleaf.

I love this AU and I honestly wish it happened. Before reading A Shadow In RiverClan I kinda disliked Feathertail, I just felt like she was a bit boring. I liked her way more in ASIR and I really wish the Erins had written her with that personality from the beginning. Little Rant over - this is absolutely incredible art! You are criminally underrated

I love this! I remember when I read A Shadow in RiverClan my perspective on Feathertail changed quite a bit, and now she's one of my favorite characters! It was so sad when she died 😔

I always loved Feathertail, she is one of my favorites, her book a shadow in riverclan really showed her personality and her view on things. I read a shadow in riverclan before the new prophecy and the prophecy begins so I had a different perspective of her when I was reading the other two series with her in it. I wish they would have shown more of her personality in the new prophecy, but I still like her in the two series.

YESS MY GIRL FEATHERTAIL GETTING THE LOVE SHE DESERVES???? The ending of ASIRC was so.. unrealistic to me? Just generally out of character for the Feather they were building up. She got over it too quickly and was way too quick to forgive. Love the AU!!!

Wow! I simply loved this AU! Your drawing is very beautiful, your art is incredible! Leopardstar really deserved this. I confess that Blackstar is my favorite character, no matter how much he committed his crimes, he showed regret, and became better than his predecessors, even Stonefur himself forgave him. Unlike Leopardstar, she simply watched her representative get killed and did nothing, pretending nothing had happened, which is one of the reasons I don't like Leopardstar. New subscriber❤

i have a similar au where feathertail and mistystar kill leopardstar together in revenge and mistystar makes feathertail her deputy, and they eventually drive out shadowclan together
