I love your product and it has been a blessing for a few projects but now I am having difficulties and the customer service in response is HORRIBLE. You can't talk to customers on the phone who need help, but an email in hopefully a few days? WOW I am just jaw dropped because its just sad that you want people to use your product but show no support or satisfactory to your users. So sad.
