PART........1............CATHEDRAL WINDOW QUILTING

Someone asked me from my Facebook about making a cathedral window block. I had not done this before! There is 16 inches square block and 5 inches color or prints squares for "window" Fold 16" square block in half. Sew both end sides of the block. Fold opposite way to meet the seams stitches together. Stitch from along the 1/4 inches seams then stop half way for opening hole, secure stitching and then sew the rest. From the hole of side to take inside right side out, iron it flatly into a nice square block. Iron the crease marks from folding pointer edges to the center of the block all the way round. Then you see the creased mark from ironing-these is for sewing along on them.
