How to Measure Heart Rate and Respiratory Rate with Google Fit Using a Pixel Phone Camera

Hi evryone! The new version of Google Fit now allows us to use our pixel phone's camera to measure our heart rate and respiratory rate. A heart rate is number of a person's heart beat in a minute. A respiratory rate is the number of breathes per minute. This measurements are really useful in checking a person's current health status.

This doesn't seem to be available any longer as of Oct 2021, at least on Pixel 5a phones.

There is no way of checking the heart rate in the latest update :(
