I gotta vouch for Eastward. I picked it up at release on a whim, and I have no regrets. Beautiful visuals, intense story, solid mechanics, and not horrendously drawn out. $20 well-spent for anyone interested.

I love how DQ11 offers a huge demo, then the actual game is far more massive… and THEN a the story goes galactic. An absolute love letter to JRPG fans, tho I wish they varied the over world ost since it’s the same piece.

Phoenotopia Awakening is truly a masterpiece. At first I wasn't sure with the slow start, but once the world opened up I just fell in love. I sacrificed many hours of sleep to keep playing it. I wish I didn't buy it on sale- its a disservice to the developers. It's worth every cent of full price.

Some solid recommendations. Dragon Quest is such an incredible game. Everything is top quality. Immortals Phoenix rising also an incredible game (although it has traversal challenges that I hate ).

Eastward is my game of the decade, it brought me back to my childhood sense of wonder and challenge and the bits of popculture references made me giggle. Loved everything about it.

I had picked up Baldo when it came out but never got around to playing it. Now, I am going to be starting it soon since there has been a patch.

Bought quite a lot 2 weeks ago and got plenty to keep me going like children of morta, dragon dogma and streets of rogue, torchlight 2. With knockout home fitness and sumba in between. I really want baldo and dungeons of dreadlocks but look like am gona have wait for money.

I can’t believe I’ve been waiting for Disco Elysium to go on sale for over 7 months as a digital eShop copy and it’s now the second or third sale in the UK and of course a physical copy only from GameStop here -_- I just want to experience this masterpiece 😭 I’ll take $2 off at this point, it’s now principle lol

Picked up 6 games so far from the massive sales, maybe I'll pick up more before it's over. Man this is a big one! My purchases so far:

Holtine Miami Collection - if you don't know what these games are, and love fast paced indie twin stick shooters and are a fan of amazing game soundtracks, you're truly missing out not getting this. It's also been on my wishlist since it came to switch and this is the first time I've seen it on sale. At just over $6 this is a must get

Also picked up Amnesia Collection, Distrust, Getsufumaden, The Messenger, and Cozy Grove

So many other great games on sale I already owned, my backlog is 100+ games deep now on my switch, and I've been hitting it hard and beat a lot of them lately too 😂 so sad
