power clean po ako ng printer ko pero ung black nya may guhit parin kaya ginawa ko nag cleaning solution ako puwede po b ako mag print head ulit oh after 12hrs p

Boss may video ka ba pano tanggalin ung printer head ng L5290 kahit ano kasi head clean and ink flush namin ayaw pa din lumabas ng magenta. Napalabas namin once after mag cleaning solution pero nawala ung 3 kulay, tapos cleaning solution ulit bumalik ulit ung tatlo kulay maliban sa magenta. gusto sana namin tanggalin ung printer head katulad ng ginawa mo sa video para mas malinis ng cleaning solution.

sir ano po kayang problema pag ok na pero pag in off yung printer nawawala ulit yung ink?

Sir ask ko lang..ano pa po kaya ang possible reason kung bakit napuputol putol parin ang print kahit nacheck at napuno ko na mga dumper, napump ko napo ng sulotion ang printhead and na unclogged ko narin po ang purge nya...bakit po kaya need ko parin i-head clean lagi bago mag print...kc pag hindi po ako nag head clean...putol putol po ang print....
