Awesome :) I grow my own Sea-Buckthorn, also known s "Siberian Pineapple". I make a smoothie with them and Cranberries. No sugar or anything else. Just water.

Sea buckthorn trees aren't too difficult to grow if you live in a colder climate. I've had the berries fresh from the tree...almost citrus-flavored

Nooo, not another nutrient I haven’t heard of. What fresh hell is this?? Luckily, both Macadamia nuts and Sea Buckthorn are already part of my diet. The nuts because they are delicious, and Sea Buckthorn I have been putting on my porridge since childhood in the shape of a sauce or thick juice that you can get in a dark glass bottle at health food stores here in Germany. It’s extremely high in Vit C. I had no idea about the Omega 7. You can also get it as a massage oil or body oil, and it has a very subtle fragrance.

It's much less known than omega 3, 6 and 9 but it seems to be useful.
