If you are at a restaurant, not sure about the salad dressings, and are not so hot on oil and vinegar, Blue cheese dressing is not a bad choice. The carbs are usually 1-2 grams, and most places carry it. Even the Kroger brand only has one gram of carbs, and the blue cheese flavor is not overwhelming in most.

I wish I liked the taste of olive oil but I just don't. I do love a homemade vinaigrette heavier on the vinegar (red wine vinegar my favorite). I also don't like the taste or smell of coconut oil. I usually default to grapespeed oil.
