The repo man is right once the car is in his possession its his property. Doesn't matter if it on your property there is no gate te repo man can go on your property if they have a repossession order

The repo guy is what you call an invitee. He is welcome to retrieve the property that is owned by the bank. The repo guy didn't enter a locked gate. 100% LEGAL!! PAY YOUR BILLS!

I worked as a collections agent at a Credit Union for a few years. We helped people all the time, they would rather help you out then having to pay repo fees, repairs, deal with insurance claims, ending upside down, and having to sue you for the remaining balance because there no more value on the vehicle. Just call the bank and explain your situation. You always have options
