Man. Seriously, as far as I can tell, your grasp on and ability to explain typology and psychology is by far some of the best I have found to date. You make a lot of the other channels look like childs play.

oh hey I got a funny story. So I was at my friends house and we where talking about telepathy, as a joke I said I could read minds (nah I just know mbti shit) so as the conversation continues I said that I had a headache, I waited a few seconds and immediately after I said 'thanks for the offer but I don't need a paracetamol' you should've seen her face. HILARIOUS. I just knew she would say that. She still doesn't understand how I did it, I'd like to let her think that I can read minds, it's just too funny.

I’m an INFP and I used to have a really difficult time with my INTP family member, but by understanding their functioning, I have been able to have a significantly better relationship with them. Pretending is literally against everything I feel to be right, but once I understood that it is necessary when creating healthy relationships with people who have different values and functioning as my own, I was able to embrace it. I really agree with everything you are saying.

Analysis + social engineering + snark = A+ INTP saturday night

Im INTP. The test kept saying I was everything but that. I just had to read about the types and find the one that matched me.

The lack of context is the biggest problem. "It depends on the situation!" and "What do you mean by that?" I kept saying to myself.

Thank you so much for providing all this info for us. As an INTP female, everything socially has been a struggle, I can't connect with people or make friends easily. I'm just a weirdo that gets left out of everything because I'm not " cool enough". It bothers me, but at the same time I don't care. Now I know I'm not the only one. It's helped me accept myself for who I am, and what I need to work on to be even better. This stuff really needs to be taught in school. Thanks, again.

Your talk of manipulation and emulating other senses is something I totally agree with.

I've read in multiple sources that we INTPs are considered to be "chameleons". Don't know about others, but that's definitely true for me. I honestly don't see that as a lie or deception or something. This is just me trying to interact with people in the way that makes them happy - which will make my inferior Fe happy as well.
Besides, though in general opinion manipulation means lying and using the person, I don't lie in my chameleon mode. I honestly become that person, even if it's not for long. I just try to not make people uncomfortable by being my weird self. And I don't use people, that goes against my ethics.

11:00 HE SAID IT. HE SAID For so long I've been trying to explain those exact words and people never listened. It's neutral. Everyone manipulates everyone else. A lot, if not all, do it without realising.

I couldn't stop laughing that this actually exists that someone finally made a working chart.
The one who made this deserves a noble prize.

Also the mbti test tends to not pick up sensors as well. (Probably because the people who made it are intuitives.)

Your videos & analyses are amazing! No stereotypical mumbo-jumbo, you provide your evidence with every claim you make, for eg explaining the child or the trickster or the demon function, or even going through the ego, subconscious, etc...this is simply beautiful! Thank you very much!!

Knowing someone else's type just so that you can emulate the type they are most compatible with seems exhausting and unnessary. You don't have to click with everyone. "Pretend" friends / colleagues are the worst.

Is that a very ISTP thing for me to say?

You have an outstanding vision with this channel. The passion and message of 'why' this important is profound and not something I've seen anyone else do, or at least even in the ballpark of how you present it. I hope you keep up the work on these videos, they are excellent and will stand the test of time. ESTP here, and I loved your video on that type. Subscribed, and can't wait for your future videos! Thank you!

As an Infp, when you said we need to understand each other, I found it to be meaningful and deep. I have always been afraid of people because of my horrible social anxiety. I was afraid of crowd so much that I would not even be able to get out of my house. I would spend weeks locked up in my room. It became so bad, I got lonely and went into depression. I've been trying to get out of my comfort zone and This is everything to me. A sincere THANK YOU to you C.S.Joseph. You have changed my life. Love you.

just putting this so i'll remember it "people need to understand each other so they stop judging each other and putting their little biases together and thinking that people are wrong or inferior or inadequate or broken. When in reality, they just don't understand each other. Because if you understand everybody's reason for doing anything, you can't really get mad at them for being who they are, at being who their human nature has them to be. By understanding them, that makes you a better person. " 10:03

best part of the video so far. Reason why i wanted to understand not ONLY myself but also others. Thanks Chase!
