Please try Vande Bharat and Tejas Express . These are the best passengers trains in India.
Maharaja Express(2nd most luxorious in the world) and Palace on Wheels, Deccan Odyssey, etc are luxury trains which you can try.

Please do one of the Vande Bharat trains and maybe a premium sleeper like a Rajdhani, also you should check their Vistadome coach routes, those are like the scenery trains that are good as well.

Facinating to watch, having seen videos of Indian trains before nothing surpirsed me except the food service which looked really nice - but Liam you ought to know, these water facilities are popular in many countries ... in the toilets as it is customary wash with running water instead of using paper after toilet usage ... one religion even considers using paper to be a sin ... I hope you washed your hands before touching your food.
