Gambit: Channing Tatum hasn't found the accent yet

Channing Tatum tells Digital Spy that he's trying to find the right accent for Gambit, revealing that he likes to base accents on real people.

Channing also reveals that he is practicing his card tricks all the time, but hints that the look of the iconic X-Man might be different from his comic book portrayal.

Tatum's facial features are so identical to Gambit's it's almost creepy. But I hope he does find that accent. Its a make or break with a strong Louisiana Creole accent, I gey-ron-tee!!!

You don't have to make Gambit based on reality... they do this too much in movies. How will batman ever fight Clayface etc if they keep trying for realism? Realism is boring anyways. Movies are an escape from reality... film makers take note oh and stop letting Egomaniac Actors do most of the movie without their characters masks on. Superheroes wear masks. Geez.
