Are you pushing against the floor hard purposefully or just kinda placing them leaning on them?

I know now I did from the start of my training front rocks with inside false grip and my 130 kilograms do made me feel even my forearms.

Now, a year later I'm 99 kilograms and it's viable rock like that every workout.

Thanks for going straight to the point in the video, will add the side movements
