This took me a while to make as it's very hard to get time to edit these longer videos ive been making lately and it's equally difficult to get in the game and find these details. Most of the time the ideas dont just come, i have to play the game and think about certain things i hear or see and out will come the ideas then, and sometimes its just very hard to get the time to do that. Plus, in order to upload and actually work on videos i have to travel home where i grew up at my grandmother's house since she gets good connection. Where i live a couple miles away we get absolutely NO connection as internet providers dont reach that far. But enough complaining, i hope everyone enjoys the video! Hopeully you havent seen or known alot about these details that have been shown as id like to showcase something that is surprising to most players but its hard when the game is already over 4 years old and is played by millions of players all over the world. But i aspire to be the best red dead channel and that's what i feel i am. Thanks to everyone for the continued support and hopefully we'll see you again in the next video. #rdr2 #reddeadredemption #arthurmorgan

I hate I even have to explain this, but the point of including the dealer portion of the video is for people who might have missed he repeats the same words as Trelawny. Obviously everyone and their mama is gonna know he was in on the scam, but It’s the part where he mentions “everyone is the author of his own good fortune” when Arthur is about to make a move in poker. Reassuring him he will be fine.

I think you misunderstood what happened to Sean’s dad. He was killed in his sleep, but that wouldn’t make the agents hunting him look good, so instead they wrote that there was a brave shootout. Or that’s what I thought

When I heard Arthur say "I'm afraid" the first time it made me tear up.

Dutch throwing that letter from Mary was a very interesting detail. Seriously, I never noticed it! Lol appreciate you pointing that out. Wow after 4 years and we're still finding stuff in this game!

Of course the card dealer is in on it. Trelawney said he was

"He'll make sure you get the right cards"

Arthur looks close to tears here, honestly he’s one of the best developed characters in all of media in my opinion.

The name Sean can be an Irish variant of John, and both of them fill a similar role in Arthur's life as his obnoxious little brother. Their bickering kinda reminds me of the two John Jacksons who hate each other in Blood Meridian.

Dutch throwing Mary's letter aside actually makes sense because when Arthur gets Mary's goodbye letter Mary says " My dear Arthur you never showed up" showing Mary needed Arthurs help once more

i really love the nun. Such an amazing sister even coming from someone who isnt from the same religion. a few more like her and maybe just maybe the world would be a better place for us all

Just wanna say about 4. Sean doesnt like Marston too much you can tell by listening to dialogue from from mission Pouring the forth oil IV when Sean and John "arguing" and he also doesnt like Scottish so we can say that Macguire and Marston doesnt like each other

That last detail with Dutch and his manners toward the letter, well spotted! Just like you said, it could reveal a lot about Dutch, his high curiosity and lack of confidence for Arthur to look at this letter, and his reaction when he understand what it is.

Sister, the Nun is genuinely a great character - that role in a game like this can often end up generic or unimpactful

But she's cool

Nah, there’s a very clear reason Dutch throws Mary’s latter to the side. He knows she wants to run away with him, he knows that Arthur would run away with her. By that point in the story, he’s at his wit’s end about literally everything and is doubting Arthur more than ever. He needs to hold on to Arthur for a bit longer and then when he finally gets the ‘one last big score’ he always talks about, he’ll toss Arthur aside. But the real reason he doesn’t keep the letter until later so Arthur can run off with Mary and live happily, is because he thinks Arthur has betrayed him because of the words Micah keeps whispering in his ear and he wants Arthur to pay the price. He doesn’t want Arthur to have a happy ending, he wants to use Arthur and then kill him, or worse, leave him alive, to have a slow, painful death from tuberculosis.

The funny part is that I started recently a new rdr2 playtrough after a few months after being tired of the Epilogue. So I did the first missions and when I got the "Who the hell is Leviticus Cornwall" mission and Dutch said "Wake em' up a little" my mind was at your outro😂. Btw amazing video

I love this video. Thanks for sharing some story about the nun. That train-station scene gets me every time. (Plus, some players miss it because she only appears at the train station if you have high enough honor when you do the mission where you help Captain Monroe escape.).

Great video!
