unit step & ramp signal waveform expression

In this video a signal waveform is described in terms of time-shifted unit-step and ramp functions.
With an example, we will see how to write mathematical expression for the given signal waveform.

Mam for unit step signal from 2a to 3a the magnitude change is +1 but in final equation of laplace transform you write that 4/s, is it correct
