The thing I like about Overlord is that we learn a lot about the backstories of every character Ainz faces directly and indirectly. Even if it’s just a paragraph seconds before or after their death like an afterthought.

They are more than side characters, the author made sure we knew they were living and breathing characters with dreams and ambition; however they are specks of dust in the face of the void which is Ainz and his loyal servants

I just realized, she twinned the Chain Lightning on both the dragons. That's why there was a delay before he got fried, because the chain lightnings didnt bounce to him yet. This also made him get hit twice
