We can't figure out the rules 😅. We never get 5 recipes each because we need to pick one action per round. So how do you collect 5 recipes?

Mild confusion in relation to set-up.
You deal each player 5 cards...then "discard down to 10, if necessary". How would they have more than 10 cards if you're only dealing 5 to each of them.

Is that just confirming a 10 card hand limit?

I think I would break out Sushi Go card during play in the game and try to get the lowest score possible. Sushi Go: PLAY with your food, do not EAT your food.
