I had been using my cpap for years and all my settings are fine per sleep doctor. My pressures are 6-16 and they started me with 1 liter which is working. I am 43 and don’t have other health issues other being overweight and sleep apnea. I am just wondering why I need this. I do live in 6200 feet altitude maybe that’s why. Working in losing 60 pounds and hope I am not permanently on nightly 02.

They did a pulse oximetry overnight study on me and my oxygen drop down to 80 but it wasn't very long they haven't put me on oxygen yet they ramped my CPAP up to 20 see if it raises my oxygen. How long do you have to drop for in order to consider supplemental oxygen?

My doctor ordered a pressure valve and a oxygen enrichment adapter for my Airsense 10 cpap machine. Can you tell me how to hook these up.
