Lovely, lovely home, that was so creatively renovated.
My only concern is the rather dangerous 1st flight of stairs that has no handrail. Little Pedro uses the wall to feel secure climbing up those stairs. The lack of some kind of handrail (on 1 or the other side) would not be allowed in many countries (if renovation permits were applied for).
Otherwise it is a lovely space!

It's pretty, but I don't like that type of staircase without barriers when they have a young child. The country I live, barriers are required for drops over 1m.

Glass walls - I would have used glass walls on the second floor, with curtains for privacy, would have made the space seemed more larger. Also, I would design arches 0:33 - the all around colour scheme looked a little bland.
