First, you only need an exit ticket when you arrive that has to be dated within the 1st 30 days. If you want to extend past 30 days, you can renew the visa for 29 days for the 1st extension. every extension after that is 59 days and you can keep renewing for 36 months (3 years). Not 2. I know this because I go there and stay for a year at a time.
