------ Boiling Pasta ------
- Water as required
- Salt 1 tsp
- Olive Oil 1 tbsp
- Penne Rigate Pasta 500gm

------ Cooking Pasta ------
- Olive Oil 2 tbsp
- Minced Garlic 2 tbsp
- Chopped Onion 1/4 cup
- Tomato Paste 1/2 cup
- Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 tsp (optional)

- Heavy Cream / Whipping Cream / Double Cream 1.5 cups (ALTERNATIVELY, on a separate pan, combine 3/4 cup of milk and 1/4 cup of melted butter for every cup of heavy cream, so that the pasta will be tasty and creamy!)

- Grated Mozzarella/Cheddar Cheese
- Butter 2 tbsp

Hey! I’m in a bit of a pickle haha…I don’t have tomato paste and all these types of recipes call for tomato paste. Is there any other easy option or alternative?
