- Dry pasta 70gr (Cook in boiling salted water until al dente, reserve some of the pasta water)
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp All-purpose flour
- 100ml whole milk
- 40gr Cheddar cheese
- Season with: Salt, Garlic Powder, Black pepper
