Do to the comments I’ve received, I figured out this tank may be to small for a Betta Fish. They were made for them so I figured I’d be cool to have. This Betta (soon to be named) is now in a small tank, you’ll see in tomorrow’s upload 1-4-18! She’s in a bigger tank now, thanks for the advice everyone!:)

Betta fish need at least a 2.5 gallon tank and a heater (depending on how warm your room is bc they’re tropical fish)

Hi betta’s need a minimum of 2.5 gallons and a filter and a heater. They also are known to jump so you will need a lid. Good luck.

It would be much better for her if you get a filter and a bigger tank, they can survive in small containers with no filter but surviving is not living
