So you're telling me that this guy was drunk, in a drive through, Wendy's employees called the police, they knocked on his window and asked him to step out since he was obviously drunk. Then the guy proceeded to act belligerent and stole the cop's tazer gun, but that didn't call for "excessive force?" Bruh if the dude tazed the cop, he could have EASILY stolen his gun and killed him right there. Justified.

1: Not getting drunk and passing out blocking a drive through (don't drive drunk).
2: Don't argue and resist.
3: Don't fight with cops. Don't wrestle them on the ground and punch them in the face.
4: Don't steal their taser.

6: Don't FIRE taser at cop.

I hate seeing a life lost. And I'll by praying for peace for the family. But "what is it going to take?"...stop ANYWHERE before #6 is what it takes. 6 poor choices. 5 chances to given to be alive.

Why are people so blind to accountability? If my dad or brother or cousin or friend would have done this and died I would have been crushed and devastated. But you wouldn't see me pretending that they were innocent. First thing I'd say was "Why <cousin|dad|brother> did you do this?".

That man was drunk driving, breaking the law, he grabbed a weapon from the officer and pointed it at the officer, the officer defend himself. The officer took the correct option in accordance with his protocol.
