As I was watching this and was hearing the states that wanted to cut education I realized the majority of the states they listed have voted for a Republican president since 1960's.
Oklahoma-
Voted Republican for president since 1968.

Remember, this is mainly happening in the Hillbilly states, not the blue states. I have a problem w/the Democrats & Democrats & Republicans agree on economics & foreign policy, but on this issue, there's no equivalent between the Democrats & Republicans just as there's no equivalence in religious beliefs & political affiliation between North American & European Muslims (Who tend to be more liberal & less religious.) & 3rd World Muslims (Who are more conservative.)

Thats is an educational issue. One that has been championed by the Democrats, setting minimal stamdards of mediocrity through Common Core. Even the students are starting to rebel against these marginalizing measures. When this happens, you know you have a problem. Minimal government entanglements are needed, not full on regulation.
