Life is all about facing your fears and overcoming anxiety. When you hear about people isolating themselves, playing video games all day, not bettering themselves... it's not because society is mistreating them, it's because they've given up on themselves and let anxiety control their lives. The whole MTGOW movement is a shining example of this and now we have words like "incel" to excuse the behavior, just as we do "fat shaming", but I digress.
