Hardest part of Networking would be the start, learning what to say to who and having to remember the key details that matter, while forgetting the ones that wont. Every conversation has to have logical attacks to the person so they will become intrigued, and actually listen.

Personally, I absolutely agree with the fact that networking is now one of the most important areas in building relationships. If you don't know how to interact with people, then why are you building a business, for example? As the author said, this is a really cool opportunity when you are offered some startups, positions simply because of getting to know you, because once during a conversation you told them about yourself. And you don't have to wait for luck in money, career, etc., if you don't communicate with anyone
