If you can't beat them, ban them. Might as well just come out and say this video was sponsored by Skydio.

Chinese government subsidize drone.
Chinese government subsidize EV.
Chinese government subsidize Huawei.
How much money Chinese government.has?
The solution is to buy, buy, buy Chinese products. That would bankrupt Chinese government.

Ok, so should every country also ban US manufactured drones? It's not protectionism, it's because of security, of course.

USA: When we lose, we ban capitalism, this is US exceptionalism

If Skydio spent as much money on actually building drones as they spend on buying FT articles maybe they wouldn't be crippled by Chinese sanctions.

14:08 thats Whampoa Military Academy, a former KMT military academy that ceased operations after 1949, now exists as a historical heritage site as a symbol of national independence. This is not much different from the British visiting the Imperial War Museum or Americans visit the Independence Hall. The fact that the FT didn't realize or look into it, and just jumping to conclusions surprised me

The United States can build drones that are more in line with "national security" at 10 times the price

Did Skydio lobby Congress? If Skydio paid this lady Stefaniack, then she needs to tell the truth that she was paid by Skydio

When USA can't outcompete, it resorts to tarrifs bans and elimination, what a gentleman 😂

Fun fact: the "military school" in the photo 14:07 is a tourist site in Guangzhou where everyone is welcome to visit. Kudos for FT doing a thorough background check, and invited so many "experts" talking absolutely rubbish 😂
