These chocolate coconut blackberry squares are so simple, healthy and tasty. Made using only 3 ingredients, they are the perfect summertime fruity snack.
Ingredients:
Blackberries
70% dark chocolate
1 tsp coconut oil
Desiccated coconut
Method:
Arrange some blackberries in squares on a tray lined with parchment paper
Melt some dark chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave or a Bain-marie
Cover each blackberry square with some melted chocolate and then sprinkle some desiccated coconut over the top
Pop in the freezer for 15 minutes
Enjoy!!
