you need a data transfer cable, not a power only cable... basically use a hard drive cable not a phone cable

Seriously guys if u are having the same problem as me where u tried about 10 different tutorial videos and none of them work, try a different usb cord. I switch cords and it instantly connected pls try switching cords! :)

Well guys the other people have good advice but I didn’t have a new usb charger so just blow both sides of the wire the one that goes in the PlayStation and in the controller. Instantly worked for me.

I bought a Playstation and found troubles with not original Controller. As I don't have neither time nor patient, I simply ordered from Amazon Prime a original Sony DuaiShock 4 and compatible cable. Tomorrow they arrive here and i will follow your directions. I hope come back here to give you thanks
