Easy Spicy Shrimp & Spinach Over Rice Bowl

Here's an easy healthy meal for 2 that comes together in less than 30 minutes!

Shrimp:
Combine spices (1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 1/8 teaspoon Kashmiri red chili powder, a pinch of salt) with 1/3 teaspoon oil.
Add 10 shrimp and mix until coated.
Airfry at 400*F for 5 minutes.

Spinach:
Temper half a teaspoon of cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic, and a few curry leaves in some oil.
Add a 1/4 yellow onion chopped and cook until soft and translucent.
Then add 4 cups of chopped spinach.
Sprinkle on 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, and salt to taste.
Mix and cook for a few minutes until spinach has been sautéed.

Once you’ve cooked the shrimp and spinach simply serve over rice (we prefer basmati) like in the video. Enjoy!
